In the screen production, the glass bead is implanted into the screen to increase the brightness coefficient of the screen, greatly reducing the effective color, making the screen image clear and lifelike, beautiful and moving. But in the actual production operation of glass bead screen, the following problems appear: 1. When the glass bead is processed to no more than 80 mesh, it is very easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate. Especially in the area south of the Yangtze River, it is difficult to implant glass beads into the screen because of many rainy and foggy days, moisture absorption of glass beads and other reasons, which makes screen production very difficult. 2. The screen glass beads have uneven particle size. In the production operation, the heavy glass beads are put into the cloth surface resin first, and the relatively small glass beads are put into the cloth later, which often causes the phenomenon of cloth overlapping, affects the mutual refraction of glass beads and reduces the brightness coefficient of the screen. 3. The screen made of glass beads is easy to absorb dust in the air because of its strong polar base, which is not easy to maintain and collect. 4. The adhesion between glass beads and screen resin is poor, easy to fall off, reducing the screen service life.
